Topics

01

AI and human connection

What helps people experience one another as present, when more of our conversations run through systems that speak and listen like people?

For more than a decade, Shared Studios has explored what happens when strangers meet face-to-face across distance. Since 2014, Portals have connected nearly one million people across more than 100 sites in over 30 countries. Noro now carries that work into the workplace. This talk draws on what those encounters teach about presence, attention, and trust as AI changes how we relate.

02

AI and the future of teams

How should teams change when intelligent machines become participants in the work?

At Andus Labs, we work with organizational leaders to redesign roles, teams, and decision-making for a world with AI agents on the team. This talk looks at what diverse teams do well, what changes when an agent joins the room, and how leaders can design for the creativity and judgment that difference makes possible.

03

AI, polarization, and a shared world

What does it take to build a shared world when AI is changing how we relate and polarization is testing how we live with difference?

Through New Social Forms at MIT and Portfolio, a special-projects studio for democracy, I work with others to prototype new forms of gathering, deliberation, and collective action. This talk asks how people who disagree can still decide and build together.

Formats

Built for the room.

Keynotes and moderated conversations for conferences, festivals, and leadership offsites. Where the room allows, a talk built around a live installation rather than a slide deck, so the audience experiences the question as well as hearing about it.
